Common questions

How do I connect or disconnect my email?

Open Settings → Email in Noela. You can connect a Gmail or Outlook account, choose which mail Noela reads, or disconnect. Tasks you already approved are kept when you disconnect.

Can Noela send or delete my email?

No. Noela has read-only access. It can't send, delete, move or label anything.

Where is my information stored?

On your phone only. There's no Noela account or server. See the privacy policy for details.

How do I delete everything?

Open Settings and choose Erase all local data. Deleting the app also removes its data from your phone.

Noela says my phone isn't ready for its AI features. Why?

Noela uses the AI built into your phone: Apple Intelligence on iPhone, or Gemini Nano on Android. Open Settings → Device check to see whether your phone supports it, or whether the model is still downloading.

When is Noela coming out?
